- WRITE A LIST (UP TO 5) OF THE FRUITS & VEGGIES YOU LIKE TO EAT
- PICK A PRIZE THAT YOU’LL GIFT TO YOURSELF WHEN YOU REACH YOUR GOAL!
ACTIVITY:
- TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR BUST, WAIST, AND HIPS ON THE DAY’S DATE
- TAKE A SELFIE
- 5 MIN BED STRETCHES (AM OR PM)
MEDIUM
FOOD:
- ADD A FRUIT OR VEGETABLE TO EVERY MEAL (CHIPS & SALSA, NUTS & FRUIT)
- START READING THE NUTRITIONAL LABELS OF THE PREPACKAGED/PREPACKED ITEMS YOU NORMALLY BUY
